Extra Volume Discounts / Wholesale

Our best price for up to 60 units of an item is generally shown on each product description page.

For orders of over 60 units of a particular item, please click over to our wholesale site at www.bluffcitywholesale.com .  You will find some amazing prices for purchasing in large quantities.

 

Returning a Product

 To HealthAccessories.com for the satisfaction guarantee:

We have a 365-Day return policy.  If you receive your item and it is damaged or defected please send it back to us in the original packing to 1329 Fox Grape Cove Germantown, TN 38138.  We will issue credit (60 days or less) and merchandise credit for anything over 60 days old. NO refunds will be issued unless there is a copy of the invoice in the shipment.

If you do not have the original invoice, contact us and we will email you a copy free of charge, or send you a copy to use for your return. Please use email to contact us if at all possible.

To the manufacturer for warranty issues:

Follow their instructions, the procedure for each manufacturer may vary. If you are unsure of what to do, please contact us by email. 

 Exchanges

In order to eliminate confusion and ensure accuracy, Please do the following.

Return the unwanted item back to us.  Our return address is:

Indicate on the packing slip that you want an exchange.  We will give you quick and proper credit upon arrival. Then place another order for the item you want.

Account is Optional

You do NOT need an account to order from HealthAccessories.com. However, you will need an account if you want to track the arrival of your order.  Real Time tracking is available from the Post Office or Fedex. Registration is short and Free!  We will not be sharing your email or other information with anyone. You will occasionally get great offers from us, but we will not be overloading your inbox with emails. 

Ordering

While ordering online is the fastest way to receive your products, we do accept mail orders! During the check out process, when selecting a payment method, select the "pay by mail" icon instead of the credit card icons. You will then be directed where to mail your order.  Orders will ship out next business day.

Shipping

We ship via the Post Office and Fedex.  Most orders arrive in 2-4 days as we ship out next business day.

Quotes

Proceed as if placing an online order, but select the "quote request" icon instead of the credit card types. A printable Invoice / Purchase Order will be generated that can be used for your procurement system. You will receive an order confirmation email, but are under no obligation.

Guarantee/Warranty

Healthaccesosries.com has a 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. Just send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is not damaged. Please wrap your returns well so they do not damage in transit.

 Damage claims:

Contact us at  sales@healthaccessories.com if your item arrives damaged or not functional, we will replace it free of any charge.

 Warranty:

Many products are warranted by the manufacturers. Specific warranties are described in the product descriptions when applicable. If needed, we will assist you in dealing with the manufacturers in this matter. We stand behind the products we sell, and expect the manufacturers to do the same.

For the products that do not have a specific manufacturer's warranty in the product description, we warrant them for a period of 60 days.

Contact us for items without a manufacturers warranty. Please use email if at all possible. Do not return the item to us without contacting us, no replacement will be sent unless you contact us first.

Contact the manufacturer for items with a manufacturers warranty. If you have difficulty dealing with them, or need proof of purchase, please contact us. Please use email if at all possible.

DO NOT return a product to us for warranty replacement unless requested to do so.

The transactions are processed by PayPal. They use the most up to date security protocols, and is one of the most trusted, most secure payment processors available.

When the order is placed online, no employee has access to the number. Not the owners, the tech people, no one.

Privacy

We do NOT sell contact information, ever. Not addresses, not email, not phone numbers, not anything.

We do not call by telephone except as needed regarding your order(s). 

We will email you only as needed, and only specifically regarding your order(s).

Imprinting
