Methods:

We ship your choice of U.S. Postal Service or FedEx as applicable. The costs of each are shown during the checkout process. You will know your exact shipping charge before payment is made.

 

Shipping Time:

All products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the web site. Occasionally unexpected high sales levels of a particular product happen, and we cannot get the web site updated quickly enough to reflect a backordered item.

Orders are generally shipped the next business day depending on the time your order is placed. Cut off times vary.

Same day shipping is not available. Overnight or second day shipping is not available. 

Shipping Guarantee:

Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition to U.S. addresses. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date as tracked through the shipping service to make a claim.

We are not responsible for damaged items shipped to addresses outside of the U.S.A. 

Incorrect Addresses:

We will contact you by email if your order is returned to us by the shipper as a result of an incorrect address. 

We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address. 

Orders shipping to outside of the United States of America:

We do ship to addresses outside of the U.S. if the country is on the drop down list shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or for damage to destinations outside of the U.S.A. Choose the shipping option that works for your address.

Please make any non delivery or damage claims to the shipping service you used for your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the in transit time is generally 7-14 days, occasionally an order to Canada or the United Kingdom is delayed. We assume it is for security screening, but do not know for sure. Occasionally these orders take approximately one month to arrive.  This is a delay outside of our control and is not grounds for a refund or second shipment.
