Returns:

Healthaccessories.com gladly accepts returns under the following conditions:

You may return anything to us as long as the product is NOT opened and the product is sellable (not bent, warped or damaged) to another person.  Wrap your returns well so they do not get damaged in transit.  Any damaged returns WILL NOT get credit.  Healthaccessories.com will be the one who determines and decides whether a product is damaged and whether we will issue a refund in this circumstance.

Products returned as the result of wrongdoing by Healthaccessories.com will receive a 100% refund and/or a correction in our mistake.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Orders over 30 days old are considered final. No exceptions!

Damages:

If your product is received damaged, you have 10 days from receipt of the package to let us know you received damaged product.  ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS to the 10-day limit.   Healthaccessories.com cannot take a claim with FedEx for damage claims over 10 days old.  Please make sure you get your damage claim inside this 10-day period.

Exchanges: 

We will issue credit for your returns on your last order following the above conditions.  If you wish to get a different product, you will need to then go back to www.healthaccessories.com and re-order.

If the wrong item is sent or there is a fault of ours, we will need for you to send the incorrect product back to us at the address below.  We will refund you the shipping costs (US Post Office parcel post charges or First Class mail only. Whichever is less cost!) when we receive your package.  A replacement item or corrected item will be sent out immediately via the USPS.
